Sugar Coated It was born from the idea of Rosie Khandwala.
That growing up in Tanzania she was used to using the sugar waxing as a form of hair removal.
She learned how to wax from her mother and older sisters. Helping out at her cousin's salon as a teenager, she learned the tricks and techniques to get perfect results!
When is it moved to UK in 1987 She wanted to start working as a beautician but to her great surprise she discovered that sugar waxing didn't exist.
So he decides to create it!
He first worked in collaboration with famous brands until he reached his Sugar Coated.
This is the brand of ethical hair removal. A family business with ecological production.
To this day still the only company in the world that produces a hair removal wax with only water and sugar , without citric acid.
