Right of Withdrawal

If you have made a purchase through the website www.yumibio.com (“Site”) and you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of the Product, without indicating the reasons, within 14 calendar days. (“Withdrawal Period”). The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

  1. in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products;
  2. in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last Product; or
  3. in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of a Product through the Site, you are required to inform us by email at sito@yumibio.com of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract through an explicit declaration. For this purpose you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.



Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase contract of a Product via the Site, we will reimburse you for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (including supplementary costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You are requested to return the goods to the following address: Feronia Italia srls with headquarters in Castellammare di Stabia, traversa fondo d'orto n. 11 (80053), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is respected if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. In any case, you are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
