What payment methods can I use?
On Yumibio you can select your preferred payment method from:

Advance Bank Transfer
As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive our bank details for payment. Your package will be shipped as soon as the transfer reaches our bank. -
Credit card
Once your order is complete, you will be redirected to our secure and reliable payment management system, where you can complete the payment by entering your card details. -
PayPal
use your paypal account to make the payment -
Mark
This payment method is only available in Italy. You'll pay the courier the amount of your order directly, with a small handling fee. Remember to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Payment by installments
This payment method is only available in Italy. You can pay for your purchases in three convenient installments using the Scalapay service. The first installment will be charged immediately, while the remaining two installments will be charged to your credit card—one per month—over the two months following your order. Your order will be shipped once the first installment has been paid.
Which courier do you use for shipments?
On Yumibio, you can choose your preferred courier. We ship via GLS and Bartolini. You can select your preferred courier at checkout.
How can I get Free Shipping?
Shipping is free in Italy for all orders over €49 , net of discounts and promotions.
As a special promotion, you can get free shipping to collection points by spending €35
Free shipping or a discounted rate are also available for international shipments.

Economy shipping (only for countries subject to CUSTOMS such as Switzerland, USA, Canada, UK, Canary Islands, etc.) is carried out with local postal services (15-25 days), standard shipping with GLS / BRT (4-8 days), express shipping with DHL 24/72h).
Can I choose a collection point?
You can choose the collection point most convenient for you from those in our network. Simply choose your preferred courier between Inpost and GLS, enter your postcode, and select the collection point closest to you on the map.
If you prefer, you can also pick up your order at the courier's location. In this case, you'll need to enter the address of the GLS or BRT location most convenient for you as the delivery address, and your name + GLS/BRT "FERMO DEPOSITO" as the recipient address.
What are the other shipping methods?
Plus Shipping : With this option, your order will be processed as a priority within 24 hours of purchase. Your order will be entrusted to the GLS courier and delivered in 2-4 business days.
This shipping method has a small surcharge and is the ideal solution if you need to receive your order quickly, especially during holidays, Black Friday, or other major promotions that can slow down order processing.
Slow Parcel : With this option, your order will be processed within 10 business days of purchase. When you choose Slow Parcel, we'll include a small extra gift with your order.
Open Order: This shipping option is available to some of our Loyalty Program teams. Choose it if: you want to take advantage of subsequent promotions or if you're waiting for a temporarily unavailable product to be restocked.

8. Delivery of purchased Products
8.1 Products are shipped and delivered worldwide, subject to restrictions imposed by the receiving countries, of which the user will be informed prior to completing the Purchase Order. Where applicable, the shipping costs owed by the user for a specific order are expressly and separately indicated (in euros and inclusive of VAT) before the user submits the order. If a specific delivery date is not specified, delivery will in any case occur within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
8.2 In the event of partial withdrawal from Multiple Orders, the amount of delivery costs to be refunded to the user will be quantified in proportion to the value of the Product subject to withdrawal.
8.3 The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring the material availability or in any case the control of the Products to the user.
It is the user's responsibility to verify the condition of the Product delivered/received. While the risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to Yumibio, is transferred to the user when the user, or a third party designated by the user and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Product, the user is advised to verify the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. In their best interest, the user is encouraged to indicate any anomalies on the carrier's transport document, accepting the package with reservations. Receipt of the Products without reservations, in fact, does not allow the user to take legal action against the courier in the event of loss or damage to the Products, except in the case where the loss or damage is due to the courier's willful misconduct or gross negligence, and with the exception of partial loss or damage not recognizable at the time of delivery, provided that in the latter case, the damage is reported as soon as it is discovered and no later than eight days after receipt. If the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, we also recommend that you promptly notify Customer Service. In any case, the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remain applicable.
8.4 The provisions of Article 61 of the Consumer Code apply in the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late with respect to the delivery terms indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation.
In any case, Yumibio undertakes to promptly notify the user by email of any delay in delivery (Delay Notification Email), simultaneously indicating the new delivery date, if available (New Delivery Date), without prejudice to the user's rights pursuant to art. 61 of the Consumer Code and the possibility of availing themselves at any time of the ordinary remedies provided by law and, in particular, by Chapter XIV of Title II of Book IV of the Civil Code.
9. Payment Methods
9.1 Payment for the Products can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. If one of these payment methods/solutions is not available for a specific Product, this will be clearly indicated on the Site, no later than at the beginning of the purchase process.
9.2 For the purpose of issuing the invoice, the information provided by the user will be used. The user declares and guarantees that the information is true and correct. The user undertakes to hold Yumibio harmless and indemnified from any damages, including sanctions issued by the competent authorities, that may arise in the event of the information not being true.
9.3 Payment by credit card
9.3.1 Payment for the Products can be made by credit card directly through the Site. Yumibio accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. These are, in any case, listed in the footer of each page of the Site.
9.3.2 In order to ensure the security of payments made on the Site and prevent fraud, Yumibio reserves the right to ask the user, via email, to send, via the same method, a copy of the front and back of their identity card and, if the order is placed by a different person than the cardholder, the cardholder's identity card. The document must be valid. The request email will specify the deadline by which the document must be received by Yumibio. This deadline will, in any case, not exceed 5 business days from receipt of the user's request. The order will be suspended pending the requested document. The user is required to send the requested documents within the specified deadline.
9.3.3 If Yumibio does not receive such documents within the timeframe specified in the request email, or if it receives expired or invalid documents, the contract will be automatically terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, and the order will be cancelled. Yumibio reserves the right to compensation for any damages it may have incurred as a result of the user's non-compliant behavior. Termination of the contract, of which the user will be notified by email no later than 5 business days after the deadline for sending the documents requested by Yumibio, will result in the cancellation of the order, with a subsequent refund of the Total Amount Due.
9.3.4 If Yumibio receives valid documentation within the timeframe indicated in the email referred to in Article 9.3.2 above, delivery terms will start from the date of receipt of the same.
9.3.5 Confidential credit card information (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code) is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor without passing through Yumibio's servers. Yumibio therefore never accesses or stores the credit card information used by the user to pay for the Products, except, with respect to the cardholder information, as provided for in Articles 9.3.2 and 9.3.3.
9.4 Payment via PayPal payment solution
9.4.1 Payment for Products purchased on the Site can be made using PayPal. If the user chooses PayPal as their payment method, they will be redirected to www.paypal.it where they will pay for the Products according to the procedure established and regulated by PayPal and the terms and conditions agreed upon between the user and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with Yumibio. Yumibio is therefore unable to access, nor does it store, the credit card details linked to the user's PayPal account or the details of any other payment instrument connected to that account.
9.4.2 For payments via PayPal, the Total Amount Due will be charged to the user by PayPal upon completion of the contract via the Site. In the event of termination of the purchase contract or in any other case of refund, for any reason, the refund amount due to the user will be credited to the user's PayPal account. The time it takes for the payment method associated with that account to be credited depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been placed to that account, Yumibio cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the user with the refund amount. To dispute such delays, the user must contact PayPal directly.
9.5 Payment by bank transfer
9.5.1 Users who have placed a purchase order may pay by advance bank transfer; in this case, they will receive the bank details and instructions for completing the transfer via the purchase order confirmation email.
9.5.2 In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after the amount has been credited to Yumibio.
9.6 Payment by cash on delivery
9.6.1 The user is offered the option of paying for the Products in cash, upon delivery to the recipient.
9.6.2 If the user chooses cash on delivery as the payment method, an additional cost of €4.50 (VAT included) will be applied, which will be indicated on the order form and calculated in the total amount due.
9.6.3 In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer must have the exact Total Amount Due in cash at the time of delivery. The courier is not authorized to accept checks and cannot provide change. If, for any reason, the customer who has chosen cash on delivery as the payment method is entitled to a refund from Yumibio, Yumibio will agree with the customer by email on the refund procedure.
9.6.4 If the customer who has chosen cash on delivery as the payment method refuses - more than twice - to receive the package offered for delivery by the courier, Yumibio reserves the right not to accept orders from the customer in question.
