How can I order on Yumibio?

At Yumibio we work hard to make your purchases convenient and fast. Our site is always active and you can order at any time of your day!

What if the product I want is out of stock? It may happen that one of the products you are looking for is not currently available. There are products that have fairly short restocking times and, in that case, you will find the sticker on the product image that warns you of the expected times for restock.
If you don't see the stamp on the image, it's likely that it will take a few extra days for the product to be available again. You can enter your email directly on the product page to receive a notification as soon as it is available again or you can contact us to get information on the expected times!

When you find the right product for you, simply select the number of pieces you wish to purchase and click the “Buy Now” button to add it to your order! After choosing all the products you wish to order, click on “ Checkout ”. There you will be able to see all the products you have selected and you will be able to choose the free samples you wish to receive.

To complete your order, simply enter your details, your shipping address and your preferred payment method. You can then verify all your details before confirming your order.

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered and, always at your email address, you will receive updates on the processing of your order and information to track the shipment.

What payment methods can I use?

On Yumibio you can select your preferred payment method between:
  • Advance Bank Transfer
    As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive the bank details to make the payment. Your package will be shipped as soon as the transfer is credited to our bank.
  • Credit card
    Once you have completed your order, you will be redirected to our secure and reliable payment management system, where you can complete the payment by entering your card details.
  • PayPal
    use your paypal account to make the payment
  • Mark
    This payment method is only available for Italy.
You will pay the amount of your order directly to the courier, with a small surcharge for the management of the service. Remember to prepare the exact amount at the time of delivery.
  • Payment by installments
    this payment method is only available for Italy. You can pay for your purchases in 3 convenient installments, thanks to the Scalapay service. The amount of the first installment will be charged immediately, the remaining two will be charged to your credit card - one per month - in the two months following the order. The order will be shipped upon payment of the first installment.

Which courier do you use for shipments?

On Yumibio you have the possibility to choose the courier you prefer. We entrust our shipments to GLS and Bartolini. At the time of checkout you can select the courier you want.

When will I receive my order?

All our products are already in stock and ready to ship. We usually process all orders within the next working day after the order and entrust them to the courier of your choice. However, in case of promotions and offers, it is possible that a few extra days may be needed to process your order.

On all product sheets and in the cart, you will find the shipping date of your order, that is, the day the package will be entrusted to the courier. The delivery time depends on the courier chosen, but you can monitor the times at the tracking link that you will receive by email.

What are order notes?

In your cart you will find a section dedicated to order notes. In this space you can leave instructions and comments that will be displayed by our warehouse and our customer service. You can enter any notes to communicate to the courier in this space, such as delivery times or address specifications.

Our team will take care of forwarding them to the carrier, but we cannot guarantee that the message will be taken into consideration by our carrier, especially during periods of particularly intense work.

Where can I check the status of my order?

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email to the address you indicated. As we process your order, you will receive updates on the preparation and information on the shipping and delivery status. If you are a registered user, you can access your personal area and check your order status at any time.

What does my order status mean?

From your Yumibio account you can check the status of your order at any time. There are various statuses that indicate the processing stage of your package:

  • We are taking the products - Your order is in the hands of our team, who are starting to collect the products you have chosen from our warehouse.
  • Bad Package in preparation - Your products are getting ready to travel comfortably, in our #badpackage. At this time it is no longer possible to change the order. Do you want to know more about the bad package? We'll tell you about it here!
  • Shipped - Your order has been handed over to the courier and will soon begin its journey. Check your email inbox for a link to track your shipment. Don't worry if tracking isn't active yet! It may take up to 48 hours for the courier to update the shipping information!

  • Waiting for Bank Transfer - We are waiting for payment
  • Payment accepted - The order has been received and duly paid
  • Payment Error - OPS! Something went wrong with your payment! Our team will check within 48 hours and we will get back to you if there are any issues to find the most convenient solution for you.
  • Pending Restock - There was an item on pre-order in your order and we will begin processing the package as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
  • Product Missing - Unfortunately, a product you ordered is not available due to a site error. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I place an order without registering on the site?

You can make your purchases as a guest, without registering on the site. However, if you love organic products and prefer to make your purchases on an Italian shop that is attentive to nature, we recommend that you register as a customer, so that you can take advantage of all the benefits that we reserve for our registered users.

Can I register as a company?

You can make purchases as a company by entering your VAT number. This way you can request an invoice for your purchase and obtain tax exemption.

At the moment it is not possible to make wholesale purchases, we sell our products only to end consumers and we do not have a separate price list for resellers.
